This includes interviewing clients who are referred to EMHC, assessing their suitability for housing and support, providing pre-tenancy training and support once housed, giving assistance to gain employment, and where appropriate creating referrals to supporting agencies. The main purpose of this role is to provide training and support to clients as they prepare to become tenants and the continued support they may need once they are housed.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This role requires a\u00a0committed, resilient and flexible\u00a0individual who can contribute to delivering the team\u2019s range of functions including the ability to provide real opportunities to people in need of help to access the services they require. This may involve direct contact with the resident.<br \/>\u2022 Assist in preparing for possession proceedings. Including the preparation of warning letters, notices, and court applications for income and tenancy related issues.<br \/>\u2022 Strong working knowledge of social Housing Legislation.<br \/>\u2022
