Everyone should have somewhere to call HOME. We provide housing and support for Ex-offenders<\/span>\u00a0and the\u00a0homeless or at risk of homelessness. We work with\u00a0<\/span>them\u00a0when other providers can\u2019t or won\u2019t help. As well as putting a roof over their head, we support our residents to address the problems that have led them to need our help. We work to empower them to live independently in the future. To make this possible we provide a pathway of supported housing options that are appropriate to our residents\u2019 needs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mental Health<\/h3>

We provide supported housing for men and women with complex needs \u2013 combinations of substance misuse, mental ill-health, rough sleeping and Ex-offending. These services work with some of the most challenging and hard-to-reach people in society, who have often slipped through every potential safety net and failed to engage positively with support services in the past. We are more than a Pillow, Our team focus on harm reduction and the promotion of health and recovery, coordinating structured support packages that build positive links with specialist intervention providers Our aim is for every resident with the need of a home, to move on and move out to suitable accommodation where they have a greater degree of independence and can engage more positively with society.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Life after homelessness\nWith people often experiencing feelings of isolation, homelessness can also increase your chances of taking drugs or experiencing physical or mental health problems. Evidence suggests that the longer someone is in this position the more difficult it can become to get back on your feet. It is that simple. And housing provides the stability that people need to address unemployment, addiction, mental illness, and physical health. ... Ending homelessness is not only beneficial to the people who have moved into housing.
